Affiliate Marketing Policy

Affiliate Responsibility, Unauthorized Statements & Indemnification

The Affiliate is an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, medical representative, scientific representative, or authorized spokesperson of SOL Peptides.

The Affiliate has no authority to make representations, warranties, guarantees, product claims, medical claims, scientific claims, or other statements on behalf of SOL Peptides except for statements expressly approved in writing by SOL Peptides.

The Affiliate agrees to comply with the SOL Peptides Affiliate Marketing Policy, all approved marketing materials, applicable advertising laws, Federal Trade Commission endorsement and disclosure requirements, and applicable platform policies.

The Affiliate is solely responsible for statements, representations, content, advertisements, messages, comments, videos, posts, or other communications created or published by the Affiliate that have not been expressly approved by SOL Peptides.

Without prior written approval from SOL Peptides, the Affiliate may not:

• Make medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or disease-related claims.

• Provide dosing, administration, injection, or reconstitution instructions.

• Promote products for human or veterinary use.

• Make weight-loss, body-composition, performance, or personal-result claims.

• Guarantee results.

• Misrepresent scientific evidence, Certificates of Analysis, purity, testing, or product specifications.

• Make statements inconsistent with SOL Peptides' Research Use Only positioning.

• Present themselves as an employee, scientist, medical professional, or authorized representative of SOL Peptides.

• Modify SOL Peptides-approved product claims in a manner that changes their meaning.

The Affiliate must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material relationship with SOL Peptides whenever promoting SOL Peptides or using an affiliate link or promotional code.

SOL Peptides may require correction or removal of affiliate content at any time for legal, regulatory, compliance, accuracy, or brand-protection reasons. The Affiliate agrees to promptly correct or remove such content upon request.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Affiliate agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SOL Peptides and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising directly from:

• Unauthorized statements or representations made by the Affiliate;

• False, misleading, or unsubstantiated advertising created by the Affiliate;

• Failure to properly disclose the Affiliate's compensated relationship with SOL Peptides;

• Promotion of products for prohibited or unauthorized uses;

• Violation of applicable advertising laws or platform rules by the Affiliate;

• Material violation of this Agreement or the SOL Peptides Affiliate Marketing Policy; or

• Fraudulent, reckless, or intentionally unlawful conduct by the Affiliate.

This indemnification obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not apply to claims arising solely from materials or statements supplied by SOL Peptides that the Affiliate reproduced accurately and without modification.

SOL Peptides may immediately suspend or terminate an Affiliate's account, promotional code, referral link, or participation in the program for serious or repeated violations of this Agreement.
