Eligibility & Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information secure.
SOL Peptides may refuse or cancel orders or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, misuse, non-compliance, legal requirements, or safety concerns.

All products designated Research Use Only are sold exclusively for legitimate research, laboratory, analytical, or scientific purposes unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by SOL Peptides.

Purchasers are responsible for appropriate handling, storage, security, and disposal of research materials and for following applicable product documentation, Certificates of Analysis, safety information, laws, institutional requirements, and laboratory procedures.
Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, prescribing, dosing, diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary advice.

Ordering, Pricing & Availability
Product listings, availability, specifications, quantities, and pricing may change without notice.
SOL Peptides may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline orders when reasonably necessary.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, but typographical, technical, pricing, inventory, or system errors may occasionally occur.
SOL Peptides reserves the right to correct such errors or cancel affected orders and will provide notice where appropriate.
Reasonable lot-to-lot analytical variation may occur.
Certificates of Analysis and other analytical reports apply only to the specific lot identified on the applicable report.

Payments, Taxes & Chargebacks
Payments may be processed through independent third-party payment processors.
SOL Peptides does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers when payments are processed through third-party providers.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, and other fees are the purchaser’s responsibility unless collected during checkout.
SOL Peptides may investigate suspected fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment activity, or improper chargeback activity.
Nothing in these Terms restricts legitimate rights available through applicable law or a payment provider.

Shipping & Risk of Loss
SOL Peptides aims to process and ship orders promptly.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Where permitted by applicable law, risk of loss may transfer when the shipment is accepted by the carrier.
International purchasers are responsible for understanding applicable import requirements, permits, duties, taxes, and local regulations.
International shipments may experience customs delays, inspections, holds, refusals, or other government actions outside SOL Peptides’ control.

Inspection & Acceptance
Customers should inspect shipments promptly following delivery.
Damaged shipments, shortages, incorrect merchandise, or other fulfillment issues should be reported within 3 business days of receipt whenever reasonably possible.

Failure to promptly inspect an order may affect SOL Peptides’ ability to investigate a claim, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

Returns & Refunds
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research products, SOL Peptides generally does not accept returns or exchanges after an order has shipped.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially incomplete, customers should contact SOL Peptides promptly with their order number and supporting documentation.
After review, qualifying claims may be resolved through replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Limited Warranty & Disclaimers
SOL Peptides represents that products are intended to correspond with the specifications and analytical documentation applicable to the identified lot at the time of shipment.
Where a verified product materially fails to conform to an expressly stated specification, SOL Peptides may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, provide a replacement or refund for the affected item.
Except for expressly stated warranties and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, products and Site services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Any disclaimer of warranties applies only to the extent legally permitted.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOL Peptides will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site, purchase of products, or breach of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOL Peptides’ aggregate liability arising from a particular transaction will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the applicable claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Purchasers are responsible for lawful and appropriate handling, storage, transportation, security, and disposal of products.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, purchasers agree to indemnify and hold SOL Peptides harmless from third-party claims arising directly from unlawful misuse of products, unauthorized resale, fraudulent activity, infringement of third-party rights, or a material violation of these Terms.

Bundles, Quantity & Promotions
Bundle pricing applies only to specifically identified bundle products or SKUs.
Purchasing multiple individual units does not automatically qualify for bundle pricing unless expressly stated.
Affiliate codes, coupons, discounts, or promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
SOL Peptides may modify, suspend, or discontinue future promotions at any time.

Site Use, Content & Intellectual Property
Website content including text, graphics, SOL Peptides branding, logos, product photography, product images, packaging designs, website layouts, original written content, and certificates and documentation supplied by SOL Peptides where applicable is owned by or licensed to SOL Peptides and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Users may not commercially reproduce, scrape, frame, impersonate, reverse engineer, or systematically extract protected Site content without authorization except where permitted by law.
User-submitted reviews or materials must be lawful and non-infringing.
Where users voluntarily submit content for publication, they grant SOL Peptides a non-exclusive license to display and use that material in connection with the Site, subject to applicable law and privacy requirements.

Compliance, Resale & Export
Purchasers are responsible for determining and complying with laws, regulations, institutional policies, safety requirements, and other rules applicable to their purchase, possession, transport, research activities, storage, resale, and disposal.
Products may not be exported or re-exported in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, or trade laws.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from use of the Site or a transaction with SOL Peptides will be interpreted and resolved in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights, remedies, defenses, or protections that cannot legally be waived.

Changes, Severability & Assignment
SOL Peptides may update these Terms periodically by posting a revised version and updating the Last Updated date.
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
SOL Peptides may assign its rights or obligations where legally permitted.
Users may not assign contractual rights arising under these Terms without authorization where consent is legally required.
